Aurosphere 200 carboxylic acid, Superparamagnetic beads
Aurosphere 200 carboxylic acid, Superparamagnetic beads
The Magnostics™ Aurosphere™ Carboxylic Acid beads are superparamagnetic beads coated with carboxyl layer. They have high magnetization in the external magnetic field allowing fast magnetic separation. Aurosphere™ Carboxylic Acid beads are very versatile and can be used to covalently bond a wide variety of protein and antibodies through carbodiimide chemistry (EDC/NHS coupling). The covalent bonds are very stable and resistant to harsh conditions. Aurospehre carboxylic acid beads are ideal for stable covalent immobilization of proteins and peptides. It's very suitable for protein immobilization, cell sorting, and nucleic acid extractions under various environments that sometimes require long-term stability under harsh conditions.
