Aurosphere 800 amine, Superparamagnetic beads

The Magnostics™ Aurosphere™ Amine are superparamagnetic beads coated with amine layer. They have high magnetization in the external magnetic field allowing fast magnetic separation. Aurosphere™ Amine beads are easy to use and require mild reaction conditions. The coupling reactions with NHS esters or isothiocyanates are straightforward and usually performed under mild conditions. Aurosphere amine beads are very convenient for applications such as protein immobilization, cell sorting, nucleic acid extractions that seek for easy handling and less mild conditions.
