AurosphereTM mesoporous beads
Magnostics' new AurosphereTM mesoporous beads make it possible to combine size selection with nucleic acid extraction with adjustable porosity and pore sizes.
Mesoporous beads can extract short fragments of DNA/RNA. DNA/RNA shorter than 150bp can be absorbed either into pores or on the silica surface.
The mesoporous beads also increase the specific surface area of silica coated beads more than 40 times, improving separation efficiency significantly.
