How does magnetic bead-based RNA/DNA extraction work?

1.Lyses/Inactivation: Disrupt your biological samples and inactivate RNAses/DNAses using our Lysis buffer.

2.Mix: Mix silica coated Aurosphere® beads with your DNA/RNA sample

3.Wash: Use our power magnet arrays to rapidly separate the Aurosphere® beads. Resuspend and rinse the beads to remove unwanted agents.

4.Elute: Release the bound target size fragments from the Aurosphere® beads in your PCR reagents.
