Target Enrichment (Biotinylated Probes)

Accurate target enrichment maximizes sequencing efficiency and depth. Our Aurosphere® streptavidin-coated magnetic beads bind strongly to biotinylated probes for reliable capture of target nucleic acids. Thanks to their higher magnetization, magnetic separation is fast and efficient. 

Which bead size should you choose? 

  • 200 nm Streptavidin Beads – High surface area for increased probe binding, ideal for sensitive or low-abundance targets.
  • 800 nm Streptavidin Beads – Faster separation and easier handling, recommended for routine enrichment workflows.
